Last updated: 13 October 2026

This policy explains how the personal data of roldanrodriguez.com users is processed, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

The contact form collects your name, email address and the message you write. When you press the send button, the form opens your email app with this information so you can send us an email; the website does not store the data on any server of its own.

We also process any data you provide if you email us directly at informacion@roldanrodriguez.com. No special categories of data or data from children under 14 are collected.

3. Purpose

To handle and reply to your enquiries about coaching, press, sponsorship, collaborations or any other professional request, and to keep the communication needed for that. No profiling or automated decision-making takes place.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the acceptance box and sending your message, and, where applicable, on taking pre-contractual steps at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time.

5. Retention period

Data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and then for a maximum of 12 months, unless a professional relationship is established, in which case it is kept for the duration of that relationship and the applicable legal limitation periods.

6. Recipients

Data is not shared with third parties unless required by law. Emails are handled through email and web hosting providers acting as data processors with the safeguards required by the GDPR. The website uses fonts hosted by Google (Google Fonts), which receives your IP address when the page loads.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights at any time to:

  • Access your data.
  • Rectify inaccurate data.
  • Erase your data.
  • Object to processing.
  • Restrict processing.
  • Data portability.
  • Withdraw consent.

To do so, email informacion@roldanrodriguez.com or write to the postal address above, stating the right you wish to exercise and proving your identity.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): www.aepd.es.

8. Security

Appropriate technical and organisational measures are applied to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access. The website is always served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
